DISPOSITION : November 14,1944. The Gwinn Milling Co., Columbus, Ohio, hav- 
ing appeared as claimant, judgment was entered ordering that the product be 
released under bond for reprocessing for use not contrary to law, under the 
supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
