VIOLATION CHARGED:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted   \ 
in whole or in part of a filthy or decomposed animal substance.
DISPOSITION : October 25, 1944. Isaac Adleberg, trading as the* Hanover Food 
Products Co., Baltimore, Md., claimant, having admitted the allegations in the 
libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered 
released under bond to be reconditioned under the supervision of the Food and 
Drug Administration. The portion containing visible mold was cut away and 
disposed of as inedible grease.
