VIOLATION CHARGED: Misbranding, Section 403 (h) (1), this product was below 
standard.
DISPOSITION: July 1, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered, and the product was ordered delivered to a charitable 
institution.
