hairs, fly heads, and fragments of flies; and, Section 402 (a) (4), the articles 
had been prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions whereby they 
may have become contaminated with filth. .
DISPOSITION: January 17, 1944. The defendant having entered a plea of nolo 
contendere, the court imposed a fine of $100 on each of 2 counts, a total of $200.
