VIOLATIONS CHARGED: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), the statements on the label, "Net Wt, 1 Lb. 8 Oz.," or "Net Wt. 1 Lb.," were false and misleading as applied to the article, which contained less than the declared weight; and section 403 (e) (2), it was in package form and failed to bear a label containing an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. DISPOSITION: April 6, 1944. William Tellam, claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, except as to the amount seized, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be filled to declared weight, under the supervision of the United States marshal.
