VIOLATION CHARGED:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the article was unfit
.for human consumption since- it consisted in whole or in part of decomposed
tomato material, commonly known as tomato rot. 
DISPOSITION:    February 26, 1944.    No claimant having appeared, judgment of
condemnation was entered and product was ordered destroyed.
