On April 9, 1943, the United States attorney for the Northern District of Ohio filed a libel against 48 barrels of cold pack strawberries at Cleveland, Ohio, al- leging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about February 17, 1943, by the Cloverdale Co-operative Berry Association from Kalama, Wash.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance, moldy berries.
