On March 18, 1943, the United States attorney for the District of New Jersey filed a libel against 24 cases, each containing 18 cartons, of frozen shrimp at Patter- son, N. J., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commercei on or ' about March 9, 1943, by A. W. Haff & Co. from New York City, N. Y.; and charg- ing that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. ; Oil June 21, 1943, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered, and the product was ordered destroyed.
