This product was decomposed, moldy, dirty, and insect damaged. On September 12, 19.42, the United States attorney for the Western District of Washington filed a libel against 60 100-pound bags of shelled raw peanuts at Seattle, Wash., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about July 15, 1942, by the C.
