On March 23, 1942, the United States attorney for the District of Colorado 
filed a libel against 1 8-gallon can of cream at Denver, Colo., alleging that the 
article had been shipped in interstate commerce on March 17, 1942, by Mrs. Carl 
Foland from Almena, Kans.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it 
consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, and decomposed substance.
On March 23, 1942, the consignee having admitted the allegations of the libel, 
judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
