3269. Adulteration of cream. TJ. S. v. 1 Can and 1 Can of Cream. Consent decree of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C. No. 7179. Sample No. 81599-E.) On March 23, 1942, the United States attorney for the District of Colorado filed a libel against 1 8-gallon can and 1 5-gallon can of cream at Denver, Colo., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about March 18,1942, by Cornelius P. Doerksen from Satanta, Kans., and Bert Knepper from Oshkosh, Nebr.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, and decomposed animal substance. On March 23, 1942, the consignee having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
