On or about July 3, 1941, the United States attorney for the Northern District of Florida filed libels against 50 20-pound bags, 50 10-pound bags> and 79 5-pound bags of flour at Gainesville, Fla., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about March 20, 1941, by the H. C. Cole Milling Co. from Chester, Ill.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it con- sisted wholly or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part: (Bags) "White Ring Flour." On September 22, 1941, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
