On October 8, 1941, the United States attorney for the District of Nevada filed a libel against 6 cases, each containing 50 cartons, of eurrants at Reno, Nev., alleging that the article had;. been shipped on or about November 20, 1940* by the American Trading Go. from San JTranciseo, Calif.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part: :(Carton) "Otzen's Imported Grecian Currants, Packed by Otzen Packing Co.; San Francisco, Calif. 15 Oz. Net." On November 3,1941, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
