Sample Nos. 44427-E, 44430-E, 44431-E, 44432-E.) On August 24, 1940, the United States attorney for the District of Colorado filed a libel against 317 cases of fish at Denver, Colo, (consigned by the Atlantic Quick Freeze Co.), alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate com- merce on or about August 8, 1940, from New Bedford, Mass.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. The article was labeled in part: (Case) "L. B. Goodspeed, Inc. Fancy Frosted Haddock Fillets * * * 25 Fish Pier Boston, Mass."; or "Skin- less Haddock." On October 8, 1940, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
