On December 20,1939, the United States attorney for the District of Coliftbbia filed a libel against 13 cases of canned tomato juice at "Washington, D5tO., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or bbut November 2, 1939, by Reeves Parvin & Co., from Baltimore, Md.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. It was labeled in part: "Marie Brand Tomato Juice Packed For W. E. Robinson & Co. Bel Air, Md." On January 25, 1940, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered disposed of in accordance with the law. COCOA
