months on each of 7 counts, to run concurrently; Howard P. Wood-$400 
fine and suspended sentence of 6 months on each of 4 counts, to run concur- 
rently. Each defendant placed on probation for 1 year, to run concurrently 
with sentence previously imposed in the Eastern District of Louisiana (see
