SHIPPED :   In the early part of 1960, from Kalamazoo, Mich.
LABEL IN PAST : "550 mg. in Capsules Each Capsule Verdogen Natural Chloro- 
phyllins Vitamins Bi and B9 Distributed by Dayco Products Division of 
Dayco Laboratories, Inc., North Kansas City, Missouri."
RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION :   The article had been repacked by the dealer from
bulk stock shipped as described above.

CHARGE: 502(a)-while held for sale, the label of the article contained false 
and misleading representations that the article was adequate and effective 
as a treatment for difficult breathing caused by respiratory ailments and 
asthmatic conditions, anemia, high-altitude dizziness, headache and nausea 
attributed to lack of oxygen in the blood.
DISPOSITION :   8-10-61.  Default-destruction.
