RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Analysis showed that the article contained approxi- 
mately 50 percent of the declared amount of vitamin B12.

CHARGE: 501(C)-when shipped, the strength of the article differed from that 
which it purported and was represented to possess; and 502(a)-the label 
statement "Vitamin B-12 5.0 meg." was false and misleading as applied to a 
product containing less than the declared amount of vitamin Bu, and the label 
contained statements which represented and suggested that the article was a 
special dietary food, which statements were false and misleading since the 
article was in fact a potent prescription drug, namely, a preparation of 
methamphetamine hydrochloride.
