CHARGE :   Between 6-11-59 and 6-24-59, amphetamine sulfate tablets were dis- 
pensed twice without a prescription. 
PLEA:    Not guilty.
DISPOSITION : The case was tried by the court without a jury and on 6-22-61, 
the defendant was found guilty. On 6-23-61, Moore was fined $200, the 
imposition of prison sentence was suspended, and 2 years probation was im- 
posed upon the special condition that the fine be paid in 6 months and that the 
court-appointed attorney be paid $200 within 3 months.
