Truck Stop, Lewisburg, Ohio, and Marvis L. Brown (employee).
CHARGE : Between 8-12-59 and 7-14-60, amphetamine sulfate tablets were dis- 
pensed 3 times without a prescription.
PLEA: Guilty by Lehrer to all 3 counts of the information; and by Brown to 
count 1.
DISPOSITION : 2-28-61. Lehrer fined $1,000, and given a sentence of 60 days 
in jail, which sentence was suspended.  Brown fined $500.
