RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Examination showed the article to be packaged
in aerosol-type cans which would emit a spray or vapor having a strong odor
of thymol and other aromatics.

and misleading representations that it was an adequate and effective treat-
ment for relieving miseries of colds, sinus, hay fever, and other nasal allergies;
