RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : Examination showed that the article contained
14.5 grains of mercuric chloride per 100 cubic centimeters.

which it purported or was represented to possess; and 502(a)-the label on
the bottle of the article contained false and misleading representations that
the article was a tonic, that 100 cubic centimeters of the article contained 23
grains of mercuric chloride, and that the article was an adequate and effective
treatment for fowl cholera or any infectious disease of fowl.
