CHARGE: 502(a)-the labeling of the articles, while held for sale, contained
false and misleading representations that the Edward Super Caps were an
adequate and effective treatment for Asian "flu," sinus colds, and grippe;
that the Drugmaster cough syrup was effective in the treatment of Asian
"flu"; and that the Sperry's callage juice tallets were an adequate and ef-
fective treatment for stomach ulcers.
