CHARGE : Between 9-10-54 and 10-11-54, a number of gray, pink, and blue tablets 
containing, among other ingredients, desoxyephedrine, thyroid, atropine sulfate, 
aloin, and phenobarbital were dispensed at 6 different times and a number of 
Pentid-Sulfas tablets were dispensed once, without a prescription.
PLEA :   JSolo contendere-by Kohll to all 7 counts of the information and by
Drake to 4 counts. 
DISPOSITION :    9-8-55.    Kohll fined $175, plus costs, and Drake $100, plus costs.
