RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION: The article was shipped from Newark, N. J., in
a number of shipping cartons and, after its receipt by the consignee, a portion
of the article was repacked into the retail cartons. The retail cartons then were
packed into the display cartons. The retail cartons, display cartons, and
window streamers were printed for the consignee by printers located in New
York, N. Y.
