NATURE OF CHARGED On or about September 17, 23, and 24,- .1952, while- a- number of amphetamine sulfate- tablets; dextro-ampn'etamine sulfate tablets, and sul- fathiazole tablets-were being held for sale at the Moon Store, after, shipment in interstate commerce, the defendant caused a number of the tablets to-be dispensed without a prescription from a practitioner licensed by law to ad* minister the drugs. These acts of dispensing were contrary to the provisions of Section 503 (b) (l),and resulted in the dispensed drugs being misbranded while held for sale. DISPOSITION: July 15, 1953.
