NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 502 (e), the label of the article failed to bear the common or usual name of each active ingredient since the designa- tion "Estrogenic Substance" is not the specific name of any particular sub- stance but is a generic name for a class of substances. DISPOSITION: October 2, 1845. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
