LABEL, IN PART: (Tube) "Net Weight 3% Ozs. AFKO Ammoniated Dental 
Cream."
NATUBS OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 601 (a), the article contained a 
deleterious substance, a hard material with sharp irregular edges, which 
may have rendered it injurious to users under the conditions of use prescribed 
in the. labeling or under such conditions of use as are customary or usual.
DISPOSITION: December 11, 1950. Default decree of condemnation and de- 
struction.
